That is as bad as some third world country.
Buy and import some extravagant item like an automobile or something that is not manufactured there that cost $550,000 and find out that the import tax is $550,000.

To be fair, the deed is for 2,450 acres with interstate and Class I railroad access and a deep water port.?ÿ
