This is a heads up for any BingBar users. It will conflict with other programs primarily by capturing (and thus blocking) ctrl+M+anykey from working.
Even if you disable the BingBar it still captures it.
To kill it go to your processes and kill the process called mswinext.exe and it will start working again immediately.
I've been chasing this ordeal for several days until I found the solution.

I tried Bing on my computer and it conflicted with many of my applications so it got uninstalled.
