Typically with any of these rigs there are multiple wells associated with any one of them.

But as to some big conspiracy and coverup and there being a second well that's still spewing, it's highly doubtful,

considering there's no longer all that oil surfacing,

considering there's no longer any dispersant being used,

considering a lot of oil containment activity out at sea has ceased,

considering the amounts of benzene, toluene and xylene being detected have gone down significantly,

and so on.

To be honest, I tried watching, but the guy sounds like a ranting nut.
