Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway — and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements.
Can I get an "Ammo Up"?
I'll go you one better and they don't have to do anything. How about just tracking the GPS signal from your cell phone - oh wait, they can do that now. But how about doing it while you are traveling up I-81, create a velocity vector, and write you a speeding ticket. I can guarantee it could be done. It's only a question of when they start.

Seems like it would be more effective on top 😛

Roadie
I suppose you didn't notice that this was done by the government. Just saying.
Oh, yeah. That one jerked a laugh out of me.
