I got hooked up yesterday. I have to say it blows Comcast's equivalent program away.
I've already had their internet going since around mid-August and the speed is at least double that of Comcast's. Speeds routinely test at 12mbs down and 1.5 up. I think the best download speed was around 3.9mbs.
I thought for sure running the TV signal along with internet on the SAME 2 wire would certainly degrade the internet speeds. Not at all!!!
I signed up for the U-family plan and came to find out it didn't have some channels I specifically wanted. While the guy/installer was here we looked at which plan I could upgrade to to get those. The U-100 plan had them but then I would be paying for the DVR which came along with the U-family plan. For $5 more a month more going to the U-200 plan I still get "free" DVR plus about double the channels. I am now finding super cool channels I didn't even know existed - like right now I'm watching the Science (not SciFi) channel which has a show on now about Colossal Construction. Super cool!! The installer guy was able to do that on his Ipad while he was here at no extra cost - which was nothing.
Hell even the controller does a better job on controlling the TV than Comcast's controller did. Now I can switch the TV to SVideo and use it as my computer monitor. I haven't totally figured that out yet, just enough to make it work.
In the end I have to give it 4.7 stars out of 5.
The Comcast commercial showing the bundle of wires, albeit cute and funny, is completely without merit in my opinion.

Ok. I'm in love now. I'm bouncing back and forth between the National Geographic channel and the Science channel. The shows I'm seeing are both great.
Now if they could only get a rugby channel - I believe I'd mess my pants.
😀
U-verse has it's limits
E,
I have U-verse for internet...suppose to be wireless but the wireless doesn't work and you can nver get a human on the phone to help trouble shoot.
U-verse has it's limits
I am still waiting for U-VERSE. They send me stuff in the mail about it all the time, but it is not available here yet. It might have something to do with the rock that our neighborhood sits on.:-)
