She climbed up there. Crazy story, we were cross-sectioning a creek and she found us. Followed James around for a bit (he's a dog guy) and he was alright with her. Later she made her way over to the instrument, climbed up the tripod, then got tired of that, and climbed up my vest to sit on my shoulder.

yeah. That's another story about no-kill animal shelters that 'accept donations' ($100 cash in this case) and then tell you they can't take the cat (after you've filled out three pages of forms) because no one wants to adopt a cat.
