I'm not sure what happened..... I ..uh, Norman...made a comment about Prevailing Wage to the effect that he doesn't really like the idea, but sure doesn't mind cashing the paychecks. Same with unions - and as you know he has now joined the dark side.
It seems obvious to me that the NSPS should not be lobbying against PW. There are plenty of other groups to carry that flag. They should be lobbying to make the PW system better conform to the realities of how most surveyors do business.?ÿ ?ÿ?ÿ
