Client changed my signed well plat

In the Virgin Islands, recorded surveys are changed. The govt. thinks that since they are "official" they must be correct. If they are not correct, they must be made so. I have had the Public Surveyor, an engineer who runs the Cadastral Office tell me "Larry, you change that survey like I told you or I'll change it for you". I don't think he actually did.?ÿ?ÿ
