I live in Texas and it has come to my attention that a survey that was voided out from a judge was used to set markers on the Condo Association property. We have contacted The surveyor to inform her used a survey that was not valid, and are getting nowhere. He states he only put these markers in to show the owners of potential boundary lines. Does anyone know of any other resources or ways that can be helpful to have these markers removed or at least get the surveyor to acknowledge his wrongdoing?

Call an Attorney
Make sure you exhaust every other resource first. That way; you can tell the judge they left you know other choice and they will need to pay reasonable expenses.
