Donate to RPLS.com
Thanks for even considering it. Whether you give a little, give a lot, or just keep showing up and being part of the place — it's people like you who've kept RPLS.com going all these years.

How are donations used?
Every dollar — from memberships, advertising, and donations alike — goes right back into running RPLS.com: keeping it online, secure, and well cared for. Memberships now cover the core, so donations help us do more of the good stuff — staying independent, keeping the ads light, and investing back into the community.
Can you be more specific?
Sure. The first priority is always the hard costs — the bills that keep the lights on no matter what: server and hosting, security, software licenses and renewals, domain registration, email delivery, legal, and the assorted unavoidable expenses that come with running a busy site.
After that, funds go toward the time it takes to keep everything humming: managing the server and security, installing and configuring software, moderating the forums, helping members, and getting the word out.
And when the hard costs eat up everything that came in? We donate our own time to keep it going — same as we have for years.
What happens if RPLS.com runs out of money?
It’s happened before. There were stretches — more than one — where we quietly funded RPLS.com out of our own pockets, and a few moments where we weren’t sure it would make it.
Moving to a membership model is a big part of putting that behind us: it gives the site steady footing, so it isn’t riding on hope and goodwill alone. Donations on top of that are what let us breathe a little — and keep the community independent instead of leaning harder on advertising.
Are there other ways to support RPLS.com?
Plenty. The biggest one is simply being a member — that’s what keeps the whole thing running now, and it comes with full access to the forums and member listings on top. If your business serves surveyors, advertising or sponsoring a forum is another great way to help (and get in front of the community) — see the Advertise page. And if you browse with an ad blocker on, whitelisting RPLS.com is a small, free way to lend a hand. Every bit of it adds up.
Support RPLS.com
For years, RPLS.com ran on goodwill and the occasional donation. These days it runs on membership — but at heart it’s still powered by people who care about this community. If you’d like to give a little extra — beyond your membership, or simply because the site has been useful to you over the years — a donation goes straight into keeping RPLS.com independent, ad-light, and here for the long haul. Every bit helps, and it means a lot.
A quick note: a donation is a gift, not a membership — it won’t change your account access. If what you’re really after is full access to the forums and listings, that’s the membership page. But if you just want to help keep RPLS.com going, you’re in exactly the right place — thank you.
