Two Government surveyors stumble onto what they believe is a ghost town. The residents refuse to let them leave because they want no contact with the rest of the world. Surveyors would draw maps showing Utopia, Wyoming exists.

They probably said the general store is on the livery stable property and the livery stable is in the street and the saloon/hotel is on the Doctor’s property so the local residents refused to let them go to the county seat to file their fool Survey.

The dust storm in the first minute reminded me of a day about 25 years ago when it was too windy to dig holes in county roads searching for bars set at section corners. Every hit into the gravel/dirt produced a cloud that headed straight for your eyes/nose/mouth. Gave up for the day.

That’s what we call a “Western” around here….although I like what my grandfather called westerns on TV…”shoot’em ups”.
