There is a program Tdlconf to configure the radio which will set the receive frequencies.
But if it is a Transmit frequency you want to set you will need to see your dealer.

One question how do i find the construction side of this?

Depends on wat you mean by ‘construction side’.
I would think those documents would also apply to Siteworks and Survey Pro.

I don’t think there is anything Access specific.

I need the latest firmware for the ms980 recievers that i use for machine control

The usual Trimble firmware procedure is to connect to the receiver and use Trimble Installation Manager. That checks the hardware capabilities and licencing.

You could use the WebUI if the receiver supports it.

For the oldest you use a program called Winflash – but it is only for dealers.
