Has anyone compiled a book of SOPs (Think step by step instructions or checklist) for different survey types?

The series of If/Then conditionals would render it all but useless.

Good point. If/then conditionals are overwhelming when processed manually with pencil and paper. If this was an app, though, it might be pretty doggone handy.

The SOP book in my outfit:
1. Start survey.
2. Finish survey.
3. Send invoice for survey.
(The advantages of a one-man show.)

Mind mapping apps are great for this kind of thing.
