The other day I received a phone call from an Engineer looking for an LS to subcontract work to.
I said I dropped all my insurance coverage in 2008 when the economy tanked and haven’t done side business side then. My current job requires a lot of travel and isn’t compatible with doing side business. Besides I need the weekends to catch up with stuff in my personal life.
I said I would call a colleague I know is doing business full time and pass on the contact information.
Damn that felt good.
