RE: Exams are finished, waiting for results
When I got my results (51 years ago during the stone age) I called the board to ask if I could have number 4000 which I knew was going to be issued that year. They said the numbers were already assigned and told me mine was 4016.
Number 4000 has never been issued. I guess I broke the system!
