Ok .
after much testing and anguish, it’s finally been determined that the base station in Turlock .TRLK is the culprit . My system connects to the internet just fine. The Carlson Surv CE indicates corrections are being received but the system remains autonomous. When I switch to another CRTN base, I get a fixed solution. Only trouble is, TRLK was the most often used base. Maybe Cal-Trans has an issue with this base ?
