New book on Easements and Title
I did not find other posts on this book, so I will share what I found. Released in August.

Looks like a great reference book for our profession.

I have a copy of it, but I have to say I haven’t really looked at it much as I have been studying for a few state tests this fall, but it is on the winter reading list.
I have skimmed through it and there are some great chapters in it.
