having trouble of autonomous position

I am using Topcon GPS GR5 with the curlson programe (SurvCE) now i have been having autonomous postion it does not want to fix -

Last time that happened with my Topcons I had to replace the radio board in one of them. I also had a bad internal connection on the radio antenna that caused similar problems. If your problem persists in several different environments (to rule out radio link interference) send it to the shop.
