Galileo 11 & 12 Launched
They were launched this morning and are heading for final orbit destinations. It is anticipated that the Galileo system will begin being usable as a system in 2017. In October of 2016 they plan on launching 4 Galileos at the same time.
Meanwhile the Glonass M launch scheduled December 29 has been delayed.
GPS 2F-12 is scheduled for launch February 3. There are no more 2Fs to launch after that, so it will be the only GPS launch in 2016.
Hopefully GPS IIIs will be ready to launch in 2017.
