Do you guys know where I can buy handheld Allegro without the software? Is it possible to transfer software from older unit into newer?

You should be able to contact your local authorized Carlson dealer and request pricing and availability of one of the following Carlson part numbers:
- p/n: 6000.217.000 – Allegro MX 128MB/2GB with Bluetooth
- p/n: 6000.218.000 – Allegro MX 128MB/2GB with Bluetooth and US Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g
Optionally, you might also inquire about:
p/n: 6000.901.001 – Surveyor+ 128/1G w/ Carrying Case
It is permissible to transfer the old software into the new unit provided that the software is first removed from the old unit.
